BRADFORD PLEASED. London, Nov. 11. Ti e Yorkshire Post says that Mr. Hughes’ refusal to prolong B.A.W.R.A.’s existence has been received with great, satisfaction' by most of those engaged in our wool-using industries. It is hoped Mr. Hughes will not abandon his position. With the abolition of the compulsory selling regulations in Australia it should be the business of the Wool Traae .Federations in this country to urge the Imperial Government to insist on continued liberal offerings of old wool so that this now unnecessary intermediary association may disappear without undue delay apd leave the field clear for the ordinarj’ laws of supply and demand to fix the .prices of raw material on a sound basis.
