THE RARAWA The Rarawa, which arrived from Onehunga at 2.30 p.m. on Friday, sailed again at 8.30 p.m. on Saturday. The vessel is due to arrive from Onehunga again at 5.30 o’clock tomorrow morning. KANNA WITH CARGO. The Union Company's Kanna arrived from South Island ports and Wellington late on Friday night and berthed on Saturday morning. The vessel discharging her 500 tons of general cargo on Saturday and sailed for Westport at 6.30 p.m. CORINNA TO LOAD. The Corinna arrived from Onehunga at 11.15 a.m. yesterday. She will load dairy produce here for transhipment at Wellington, and will probably get away for the southern port this evening. CARGO FROM NEW YORK. The C. and D. Line advise that the Port Lincoln is fixed to load at New York for Auckland. Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Melbourne. and Sydney. She is expected to sail from New York on January 3, proceeding via Panauna Canal. PALOONA LEFT MELBOURNE. The Union Compiny have received cable news that their intercolonial passenger steamer Paloona sailed from Melbourne at 6 p.m. on Thursday direct for Wellington. The , vessel is due there to-morrow, and will sail i on Wednesday for Melbourne via southern VT7RENTIA LEFT NEW YORK. The C. and D. Line have been advised by 1 cable that the steamer Verentia left New York on the 9th Inst., cargo-laden for Auck- ' land, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Melbourne, and Sydney. The vessel is due at Auckland about December 15, and at Wei- ! lington about a week later. CITY OF CHESTER FIRE. The Federal Line, agents for the steamer City of Chester, now putting out New York 1 cargo at Auckland, advise that the report from Auckland that there tad been a fire In the vessel’s No. 3 holo is not true. A fire occurred in one of the coal bunkers, and no damage resulted to the cargo. The total cargo on board is 4600 tons, including 68,000 cases of oil. Thirteen hundred and four tons, Including 27,500 cases of oil, are for Auckland, the remainder being for Wellington, southern ports, and Australia. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. ARRIVED.
