Bowling analysis: Gregory, six for 59; Maiiey, four for 83. Australia in the second innings lest three wickets for IS2 (Collins 36, Mayne 21, Macartney'*not but 67, Ryder not out 52). Rain fell over the week-end and the wicket was wet and the outfield heavy. After a cautious opening Taylor and Nourse played free all-round attractive cricket. The third wicket fell at 122, the pair adding 96. Gregory and Maiiey were in great form, and made short work of the others. The Australians lost the first three wickets for 65.
