RESOURCES OF THE BANKS. A DECREASE THIS YEAR. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. Received Nov. 1, 12.10 a.m. New York, Oct. 31. The New York World’s Washington correspondent states the Comptroller of Currency has announced that the resources of 30,■815 banks in the United States for the year ending June 30 were 3390 million dollars less than the previous year. This year’s total is 49,688 million dollars.
