KIRKWOOD AND EAST. BEATEN AT AUCKLAND. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. Kirkwood and East played exhibition 1 games at the Auckland Club's links at Middlemore In the morning Moss (the professional) beat Kirkwood 3 up and 2, and H. B. Lusk (club captain) beat East 2 up and one.. In Uie afternoon Lusk and Moss beat the visitors 5 up and 4. Kirkwood's play was patchy. At golf Jim Barnes defeated Miss Cecil Leitch 3 up and 1 over a course of IS boles, in an exhibition match. Barnes was handicapped six bisques. He was forced to extend himself.
