LABOR AT PLAY.
THE ANNUAL GATHERING. SPORTS AT WESTERN PARK. The third annual sports and picnic conducted under the auspices of the Taranaki Workers' Council was held at Western Park, New Plymouth, yesterday. Showery weather in the morning and a bleak wind throughout the day made matters uncomfortable for both spectators and competitors.
