THE FRENCH TOUR. At a meeting of the New Zealand Rugby Union at Wellington on Thursday evening, a letter from the secretary of the Federation Francaise de Rugby; Paris (Mr. C. E. Rutherford), to the secretary of the Australian and New Zealand Combined Rugby Unions (Mr. A. K. B. 1-aimer, Sydney) was laid on the table.
