ACCIDENT TO MARAROA.
VESSEL REACHES LYTTELTON By Tele;’.:apli - I'- - «'S£ Association Christchurch, Last Night. The Mararoa berthed at Lyttelton ai 2.25 p.m. The trouble was caused b\ the breaking of a radial rod. Repairs were effected by 2 a.m., and the vessel made a good passage down in calm weather. There was no panic on woard. as nearly all the passengers were ii; bed. The passengers praise the smart repairing work of the engineers.
