HAWERA TECHNICAL SCHOOL.
OFFICIAL OPENING ARRANGED. VISIT OF HON. C. J. PARR. The new Technical School at Hawera will be omcially opened on Saturday afternoon by the Minister of Education (the Hon. C. J. Parr). It is understood the Minister will arrive in Hawera by to-mortow night’s express. On Saturday. morning the Minister will officiate at the presentation of prizes in connection with the competitions among the boys’ and girls’ agricultural clubs. After the ceremony at the school ill the afternoon he leaves for Wahgaiiui eh iroute to Wellington.
