SINN FEIN POLICE METHODS. MEN CHAINED TO CHURCHES. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyrigtt. London, Oct. 9. Two men were found chained and padlocked to St. Paul’s and St. Patrick’s Chapels, Belfast. They had been arrested 'by the Republican police. One had a notice pinned on him stating that he was a vile person; the other was charged with collecting money for the Irish Republican Army without authority.
