NOT TO BE REDUCED. By Telegraph.— Vtesi Assn.—CopyrlgH. London, Oct. 6. Woollen manufacturers have decided not to reduce the prices of flannel owing to the dearness of dyes. The larger factories have been at a standstill for months without a sign of a revival.
