EX-SECRETARY SENTENCED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. ( Wellington, Oct. 4. In the Supreme Court, Nortnan Rulet Williams, ex-secretary of the Nelsor* Education Board, came up for sentence on twenty charges of theft of moneys; from the board. The total defalcations set out amounted to £625. Prifionex! was sentenced to two months on eacli charge, to be cumulative.
