JAPAN’S PROBLEMS. OUTLET FOR POPULATION; By Telegraph.—-Press Assn. —Copyright. Received Oct. 4, 5.5 p.m. Tokio, Oct. 3. The newspaper Asahi Shimbun declares that Japan’s problem in finding an outlet for her increasing population will be frankly discussed at the Washington Conference. Japan is preparing a list of seventy questions for consideration.
