JERSEY CATTLE.
SALE AT KAPONGA. SUCCESSFUL SALE. The sale of pedigree Jersey cattle conducted by Newton King, Ltd., at the Kaponga saieyards yesterday, on behalf of South Taranaki breeders, drew a large attendance of buyers from all parts of Taranaki, representatives also being present from Waikato and Palmerston North. The class of cattle submitted was particularly good, and the majority of the catalogued beasts were sold at tie hammer. Prices were in keeping with the times, and the sale on the whole was a good one. Following is a list of the cattle sold:— BULLS. (On account of J. K. Richards, Kapuni.)
