GERMAN INDUSTRIALISTS’ VIEW. THE LATEST BLUFF. By Telegraph.— Press Assn.—Copyrlgtt. Berlin, Sept. 30. A conference of representatives of the Federated German Industries suggested that Germany must make every effort to increase her exports to such an extent that the world would be made to release the economic burden placed upon her. It meant ruin to other lands. Dr. Buecher asserted that the loss through unemployment in England, due to German competition, was greater than any indemnity England would receive from Germany. FRENCH AGREEMENT OPPOSED. PRIORITY CREATED. Paris, Sept. 30. British financial experts on the Reparations Commission raised an objection to the Wiesbaden agreement, recently concluded between Germany and France in regard to the method of payments by Germany.
