GREEK OVERTURES FOR PEACE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyright. London, Sept. 30. The Daily News learns on high authority that Greece is making approaches to the Kemalists with a view to peace. The Greek financial situation is bad. The pound, sterling now exchanges for 78 drachmae, and is expected shortly to reach 100 drachmae. RETURN OF CONSTANTINE. Athens, Sept. 29. King Constantine has returned. The streets were thronged and the King was enthusiastically cheered.
