WOMEN’S NATIONAL COUNCIL.
SOME GOOD ADVICE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Sept. 29. The New Zealand Conference of the Women’s National Council has opened. The president (Miss E. Melville) made a plea for co-operation between men and women, and urged that women taking a share in important affairs to which they were admitted should see that their conclusions were based upon knowledge as complete as possible, covering the facts and conditions of the problems.
