THE ARBITRATION ACT. By Telegraph —Press Association. Dannevirke, Last Night. The Southern Hawke’s Bay Farmers’ Union passed the following resolution: “This executive is of the opinion that the present Arbitration Act should be repealed, in view of the fact that the great industrial troubles of this country have satisfied the whole community that the existing law does not work satisfactorily.
