POULTRYMEN’S CONGRESS.
VALUE OF INDUSTRY. By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyright. London, Sept. 19. Two hundred delegates are attending the first World’s Congress of Poultrymen at The Hague. Only enemy countries are unrepresented. Resolutions were adopted urging Government co-operation in poultry and egg producing. Professor Brown, president of the International Association of Poultry Investigators, pointed out that Britain’s production in 1920 was valued at 1600 million francs, exceeding the value of the wheat crop; that of the United States was valued at 6000 millions.
