MR. LLOYD GEORGE.

UNABLE TO SEE DEPUTATION. MAY NOT GO TO WASHINGTON. By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyright London, Sept. 19. The London Labor Mayors reached Inverness and found a message from the Premier saying that the doctor advised that it was impossible for him to see them. It is reported that Mr. Lloyd George is improving, but cannot see- the Mayors for two or three days. It is practically certain that Mr. Lloyd George, in view of the heavy calls of home affairs, will be unable to attend the Washington Conference. It is generally believed that Lord Curzon will also be unable to attend. In any case the British representatives will not be appointed ‘before the agenda are received.
