REBELS STILL ACTIVE. By Telegraph.—Pres* Avsn—Copyrlcht. Received Sept. 19. 12.35 a.m. Delhi, Sept. IS. With the full concurrence of the Gov*i ernment of India the Bombay Government announces its decision to prosecutethe Ali brothers and others in connection with resolutions and speeches at Karachi tampering with the loyalty of troops. The Government fs also prosecuting the brothers for speeches delivered in July tending to create disaffection and inciting to violence agaist established government. There has been increased rebel activity and frequent skirmishes with troops* especially at Manerji and NilambatThere are well armed rebel bands, ov«j a thousand strong, in Nilambar, whichf is completely in the hand© of rebete<i They conduct raids from their strong- 1 holds in the Pandalur hills, wrecking} villages, bridges and Government build-! ings. The Moplah conference ed Jehad against all Hindus, who will be converted to Islam at the point of the: sword. Hindus are fleeing in panic. AMoplah high priest died in prison front, hunger strike.
