The Canadian Air Board has received notification that Sir Ross Smith contemplates a round-the-world aeroplane tour, starting from England, going via Egypt, Mesopotamia, China, Japan, across the Behring Sea to Alaska, entering Canada from Wrangel, thence to Hazleton and Prince George in British Columbia, and across Canada to Cape Breton. The stages will be each about four hundred miles in length. Sir Ross Smith will use a special type of machine, equally good for landing on land ®r water.—Reuter Service.
