TEN ARRESTS AT MUNICH.

By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Sept. 17, 1.30 a.m. Berlin, Sept. 15.

Altogether ten, mostly ex-naval officers and students, have been arrested in Munich in connection with the murder of Herr Erzberger. The precautions to avoid arrest taken by the leaders of the Kapp insurrection last year were described by the Chancellor (Herr Wirth) in the Reichstag. He stated that detectives found they were sheltering near Munich, in an entrenched position, protected by a strong, guard of followers, and even Bavarian policemen and anybody approaching the hiding place were fired on.
