TRUSTEES SUPERSEDED. 'By Telegraph, Pre*-- Association Auckland, Sept. 13. Tn the Supreme Court, Mr. Justice Adams made an order for the removal of William Edward Hackett, solicitor, and William Robert Stone, engineer, from the office of trustees of the estate’ of the late Eliza Hackett. The claim for removal was made by three infant beneficiaries.
