On being charged with murdering between twelve and fifteen women, and selling their flesh in the streets, a pedlar named Grossmann confessed to several murders.— United Service. VICTIMS OF THE FLOOD. Received Sept. 13, 10.30 p.m. New York, Sept. 12. A teleram from San Antonio states that more than a hundred bodies of flood storm victims have been recovered in Texas. The Lowlands City victims total 50, whilst 50 are missing.
