Lord Northcliffe, speaking at an Empire Press Union luncheon, declared that he regarded the question of facilitating the methods of communication within the Empire as quite as important as Imperial defence. Now he had obtained first hand information he would be in a better position when he returned to London to endeavor to secure better and more rapid dissemination of news within the Empire.
