The coastal steamer Kennedy, which left Wellington on Friday night, arrived here yesterday morning. She brings general cargo, DORSET'S MOVEMENTS. Tie Federal liner Dorset, which is bringing Home cargo-to New Plymouth-, is now scheduled to arrive at this port early to-morrow morning from Wellington. KAMO’S SAILING. The U.S.S. Company's Kamo, which discharged general cargo from South Island ports, sailed ,for Westport on Friday night. She leaves Dunedin at the end of next week on the return trip, via South Island ports. THE EASTERNER. Saturday’s Wellington Times states: Dalgety and Co. advise that the steamer Easterner, en route from New York, is fo leave Napier today for Wellington, where she is due tomorrow morning to put gut part cargo. The vessel will sail from here next Friday evening for New Plymouth to continue discharge. THE WAIKAVVA. The Waikawa, which arrived at Aucklond on Saturday from San Francisco with case oil and general cargo, will discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, New Plymouth and Australian ports. THE PORT LYTTELTON. The C. and D. liner Port Lyttelton was due at Wellington yesterday from Auckland. She has 800 tons of cargo for discharge at ‘Wellington, and will subsequently proceed to Napier to complete discharge and commence loading. She will continue loading at New Plymouth and Wanganui, completing at Wellington in time to sail for London during the first week In October. TAINUI LEFT SOUTHAMPTON. Cable advice has been received by the Shaw, Savill and Albion Company that the liner Tainui left Southampton on the Sth Inst, for Wellington, Auckland, Lyttelton and Dunedin. The vessel, which will omit the usual call at Newport News, is due at Wellington about October 19. She is bringing eargo for the four principal Dominion ports, and also passengers. REMUBBA AT COLON. The New Zealand Shipping Company have received cable advice that the Remuera, which left Southampton for New Zealand on August 18, arrived at Colon on Wednesday. She is expected at Auckland about October 4. PIAKO LEAVES LIVERPOOL. The Pinko left Liverpool on Wednesday for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff.
