A semi-official message declares the Austro-Hungarian situation has taken a serious turn in consequence of the Hungarian insurgents capturing Agendorf and threatening Mattersdorf, the temporary seat of the Austrian Government. The latter has now been withdrawn to Wienerneustadt. —Reuter Service.
