MR. MASSEY.
ANOTHER INTERVIEW. Ur Telegraph —Press Assn—Copyright, Received September 7, 5.5 p.m. Ottawa, Sept. 6. Mr. Massey, in an intreview at Cobalt, Ontario, said that the next war would be fought with the Pacific as the centre of activities. The armament conference at Washington would be incomplete without the representation of New Zealand and Australia, but, owing to the fact that the Parliaments of both Dominions would be sitting while the conference was in session, he doubted if either would be in a position to send delegates. Mr. Massey added that he favors a renewal of the Anglo-Japanese alliance.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
