BAVARIAN MONARCHISTS.

EX-KING AT FESTIVAL. HOPING FOR BETTER TIMES. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received September 6, 9.50 p.m. Berlin, Sept. 5. The ex-King of Bavaria attended a Monarchist festival on the occasion of his name-day at the village of Wiidenwarth, Bavaria. The burgomaster, in a speech of fervent loyalty to the dynasty, said that happy would be the day when the old blue and white colors were again flying from every house. The ex-King replied that, though the times were hard, they must keep up their courage, hoping for better things.—Reuter Service.
