BELFAST TROUBLE.
CONDITIONS NORMAL. STREETS PATROLLED BY GUARDS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—CopvTiguc. London, Sept. 2. Conditions in Belfast are normal. Military guards with fixed bayonets patrolled the streets during the morning. Two Loyaliste were assaulted when proceeding to work. Two boys have succumbed. The death roll is I*B.
