COMMODORE MAITLAND’S BODY. PART OF AIRSHIP RAISED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyright. London, August 29. The body of Commodore Maitland has been recovered from the wreck of R3B. Received August 30, 5.5 p.m. , London, August 29. Commodore Maitland’s body was found with one hand still on the control rope. He died like a hero in trying to sjtve hit? ship. He was shockingly injured, his clothes being blown off the lower limbs.
