CORONER’S ENQUIRY. By Telegraph— Press Association. Timaru, Last Night. At an inquest into the death of Constable Dorgan this afternoon the chief witnesses were Constable Christopher and Dr. Ussher. No fresh facts were given in the evidence. The Coroner (Mr. Mosley) recorded.the verdict that deceased died from internal hemorrhage, the result of a bullet wound inflicted by some person unknown, and expressed sincere sympathy with the widow and family and with the police force in the loss sustained. The family, he said, had reason to be proud of the courage of the husband and father.
