ANOTHER SERVICE REDUCED. By Telegraph -Fr**« Assocla»»M Wellington, Last Night. Owing to decreased railway returns a further “cut” is announced. The second Wel-lington-Auckland express is cut down to run three days a week in future —on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
