SON’S CLAIM AGAINST FATHER. By Telegraph.—Press Assn—Copyright. Received August 22, 5.5 p.m. London, August 21. The Daily Express' Berlin correspondent states Herr August Thyssen, whose fortune is reputed to exceed that of Herr Stinnes, is fighting a homeric lawsuit against his son for £15.000,000, which the son claims under a settlement his father made with his mother thirty years ago. Herr Thyssen has already driven his son, who is heir to millions, into bankruptcy, his debts amounting to about £7,600,000. AH Germany's leading lawyers are engaged in the case. —Aus.-N.Z.
