In the case in which the Federal Government claimed £29,<362 from Milne brothers, the parties agreed to discharge the jury and then Judge then delivered judgment against William Milne for the full amount claimed. Argument is proceeding on the question of the partnership for the frauds of William Milne. The claim alleges that this amount was paid to the defendants for goods which were not supplied to Cockatoo Island dockyard. William Milne, a member of the firm, is serving a sentence in connection with frauds at the dockyards.
