HUNTING.

NORTH TARANAKI CLUB. The final hunt of the North Taranaki pack will take place at the master's (Mr. A. H. Halcombe) property, Urenui, on Saturday next. It is needless to say that Mr. Halcombe will have everything prepared to the last detail. The hunting country is fidw being prepared by the master and his neighbours, and by Saturday everything will bo in readiness for what should be the hunt of the season. Quite a number of jumps have been especially prepared at the homestead for an exhibition of jumping Lo take place prior to the throw off, which is timed to commence at 2 p.m. Visitors from New Plymouth and the surrounding district, are advised to be there early If they wish to see the sport, which from previous experience, will be some of the best of Uis popular club.
