BETTER LAMBING RETURNS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Sydney, August 8. Over seven million lambs are expected from this season’s autumn and winter, lambing. The percentage is 65. Last year’s figures were 2,144,000, the percentage being 27. MB. FISHER RE-ENTERS POLITICS. Sydney, August S. Strong efforts are being made to induce Mr. Andreev Fisher, former Premier and recently High Commissioner, to accent nomination. His selection for West Sydney is probably with a view 7 to his reassuming the leadership of the Labor Party. Mr. Fisher has announced that he will accept nomination if his colleagues desire it.
