“TOTE” PERMITS.

NO CHANGES AT PRESENT. By Telegraph-—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Minister of Internal Affairs submitted to Cabinet the representations of a large number of members of Parliament objecting to any action being taken regarding the Racing Commission’s report before it is considered by Parliament. The matter was very carefully considered, stated the Minister to-day, and it has now’ been decided that action will not be taken on the report until the will of Parliament is known. This will necessitate the issue of permits to the clubs previously h''dding them until November 30.
