THE JURY’ DISAGREES. By Telegraph -Pre” association Hamilton, Last Night. The second trial of Hakaraia Te Kabu on a charge of murdering Richard Ellioti at Ongaroto on Easter Sunday was concluded to-day. After a five hours' retirement the jury disagreed.
