RARAWA’S TRIP ABANDONED. The Union Company's agent at Hawera advises that the Rarawa has abandoned the Friday trip, being unable to cross the Manukau bar. She will therefore not arrive in New Plymouth until Tuesday morning. CORINNA ARRIVES. After a very rough passage the Corinna, which left Wellington shortly after noon on Wednesday, reached New Plymouth shortly after 8 o’clock yesterday morning. She was signalled to anchor inside the breakwater to await a moderation of the weather before berthing. Providing the weather has calmed the vessel will berth this morning. NGAKUTA WJTH CEMENT. The Ngakuta arrived at Wellington from Whangarei on Thursday evening with a cargo of cement, part of which will he discharged at New Plymouth. She was expected to leave Wellington for New Plymouth last night, and should arrive here to-day. WAIKAWA TO LOAD. The Union Company advise that the freighter Waikawa, which was due at Vancouver on Sunday from Sydney and Auckland, has been fixed to load at Pacific Coast ports this month for Auckland, Lyttelten, Wellington, New Plymouth, and Australian ports. EASTERNER LEFT NEW YORK, i Cable advice has been received by the U.S. and A. Line’s agents that the steamer Easterner left New York on July 23 cargo-laden for Auckland, Napier, Wellington and New Plymouth. Tie vessel is due at Auckland about August 30, at Wellington about September 9, .".nd at New Plymouth later. DURHAM FROM MONTREAL. The liner Durham arrived in the stream at Wellington at 11.30 o’clock on Wednesday night from Mentreal, via Panama to discharge general cargo and coal. The vessel left Liverpool for Montreal to load for the Dominion. In tho Western Ocean foggy weather prevailed, and a number of largo icebergs, some 90 feet above water, were sighted. The Durham left Montreal on June 23 and arrived at Newport News on July 4. After passing through Panama Canal heavy weather arid adverse currents prevailed The vessel comes to New Plymouth about Thursday. MANUKA LEAVES SYDNEY. The Manuka left Sydney on Thursday afternoon for Wellington. She Is due there on Monday, and is timed to sail on the return trip on Tuesday. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. ARRIVED.
