/ SALE AT INVERCARGILL. LOWER PRICES OBTAINED. By Telegraph —Press Association. Invercargill, Last Night. The third wool sale of the season was - held to-night. There was a good mus- ’ ter of buyers, who bid freely for practically all the lots submitted. Competition was. very keen for light conditioned wools, but prices were down all round Good, bright, well-grown hoggets’ wools I were the least affected and for these I < prices were lower by .fd to £d. Good halfbreds and croesbreds were down Jd 1 to fd and heavy, conditioned wools fd to : Id, compared with the last sale* Very 1 few lots were passed in.
