PREMIERS’ CONFERENCE.

NAVAL DEFENCE SCHEME. CONSTITUTIONAL RELATIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received July 28, 5.5 p.m. London, July, 27. The Premiers’ Conference devoted the morning session to-day to naval defence, the discussion on which is practically completed. The Premiers are reticent regarding details, but are confident that the scheme will prove acceptable to all the Dominions concerned. The afternoon session was applied to formulating a scheme relating to the constitutional relations between the Dominions and the Motherland, and also between one another. Mr. Massey stated that he believed the final arrangements in this regard were the best that ever existed in the history of the Empire.—Aufc.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
