.ALTERATION OF DATES. By Telegrnph.—Press Assn —Copyright. Received July 28, 9.40 p.m. New York, July 28. It is announced that the Mauretania fire is causing delay to the Indian team for the Davie Cup, and this has resulted in the postponement for one week of the match between India and Japan. The teams will meet at Chicago on August 18, 19 and 20. The final round will therefore also be postponed a week until August 25, 26 and 27. The other semi-final match at Cleveland, Australia versus England, and the challenge round will not be affected.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
