SEQUEL TN THE COURT. By Telegraph —Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. Flora Ellen Waite was to-day committed for sentence for having disposed of the dead body of her child with intent to conceal its birth. The. case was a sequel to the finding of the charred body of a male infant in a furnace at the Mt. Eden gaol on July 17. A doctor stated that he could not tell whether the child had breathed; accused informed him that it was stillborn.
