The Rarawa is scheduled to leave Onehunga this afternoon for New Plymouth, and slculd arrive here early to-morrow morning. She will sail again for Onehunga at 8.20 p.m. CORINNA FROM SOUTH. The Union Company advise that the Corinna left Dunedin on Tuesday night for New Plymouth, via the usual ports. She should arrive here about next Tuesday. NGAHERE WITH COAL. Messrs. Collett and Co. advise that the Ngahere is due to arrive at New Plymouth to-morrow with a full load of coal from Greymouth to discharge. CEMENT FROM PORTLAND. Tire steamer Ngakuta is scheduled to arrive from Portland about August 5, according to advjce from Messrs. Collett and Co. The vessel brings about 300 tons of cement to discharge here. MARAMA LEAVES SAN FRANCISCO. According to a Press Association cablegram the R.M.S. Mamma sailed on Monday from San Francisco for Wellington and Sydney. She is due at Wellington about August 15,

A telegram from Wellington says a dead whale three miles east of Jackson’s Heads was reported yesterday by tie master of the Mapourika The whale is considered to be a menace to navigation.
