MAURETANIA IN DANGER. FEAR OF SINKING. By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyrigtt. Received July 26, 5.5 p.m. London, July 25. A serious fire occurred on board the Mauretania at South?mpton. At one time the gigantic Cunarder was in danger of sinking owing to the tons of water the firemen poured in, but the pumps were manned and the ship was righted.
