NEW POLITICAL PARTY. By Telegraph —J’ress Association Wellington, July 22. A meeting wag held last night under the auspices of the National Progressive and Moderat* Lalor Party, when Mr. Statham, M.P., enunciated the policy of the party on the lines already teiesraphed. The meeting was not open to the Press, but it is understood that Mr. Kcllet, M.P., Mr. Foster, president of the Auckland District Council, and Mr. Black, organiser, also addressed the meeting, which was attended by about :U) friends and sympathisers of the party.
