FIREMEN'S APPEAL DISMISSED. By TalegTaph.—Press Association. Dunedin, July 21. The Arbitration Court delivered judgment in the Mokoia case, arising out of the refusal of firemen to take a vessel to sea while Sir George Clifford was on board. The magistrate in Auckland convicted the firemen of being parties to a strike, and inflicted a penalty of £5. Defend ants appealed to the Arbitration Court .and the court dismissed the appeal.
