IN DEFENCE OF FLAPPERS.
(To the Editor.) Sir, —Tf the youflg ladies who showed by their conversations that they knew more about natural history than they did about footballers are "flappers,” then the term "flapper" should no longer,be used as a name of ridicule, in future I raise any hat to "flappers.” This is in reference to a local par in your Wednesday's issue, page 4.—1 am, etc., X.
